Economic Empowerment:
Some People Just Talk about it!
Some People Just talk about economic
empowerment in the Black community. Only
desiring to elevate themselves and feed
advancement of their own personal call.
Ignorant to the true meaning of empowerment
and how it is not simply about the
individual but it is about a community
--a nation of people. Success is not an
individual effort. How can I consider myself
successful if my brothers and sisters are in
lack and poverty. The daily question should be:
"how can I serve my sisters
and brothers in a way that breaks the
chains of poverty, destitution, sickness,
and ignorance?" Brother Erbie, I believe you ask
yourself that question too. I also believe that
the LIBradio family are not "just talking"
but moving towards empowerment
and true freedom!
